Finance Committee schedules regular meeting time

Yesterday, the PCPD finance committee established a regular meeting time of 11am on the last Wednesday of each month at Belle Isle City Hall (1600 Nela Avenue).

So, mark your calendars! That means, the next meeting is just a few weeks away: June 30th.

The agenda will include drafting final proposals to the Board of Directors regarding advance ticket sales and arts/crafts vendor booths.

Site Committee Meeting scheduled

PCPD's site committee will meet at 9am this Wednesday (6/16/2010) at the festival grounds on Randolph Avenue.

The primary item on the agenda will be to finalize an arts/crafts booth map to be included in vendor packets.

Ongoing gazebo renovations and general site layout will also be discussed.
